I 3D printed all of these parts and started working on post processing them.
This was the manual fit of the design my first try and clearly I had to go back to the drawing board.
After many failed attempts the helmet had finally been put together and started looking like a helmet.
This was the inspiration of the whole project and the goal was to allow all the pieces of the face to move independently with servos.
